EPP Promotional Opportunities Overview EPP developed and is implementing a comprehensive plan to reach three main audiences: • the Member Participant • the Partner • the Prospective Partner Staff is taking the following steps to boost program visibility: • Website update – Completed! • Survey of participants – Completed! • Collateral materials updated and developed – New pieces available end of June 2008! • Editorial pieces placed in print and on-line vehicles – In Process • Participating in Virtual Trade Show - November ‘08 • Developing banner and button ads for placement on IEEE on-line vehicles – In Process
Member Postcard • Target audience -IEEE Members • Distributed at events such as trade shows, conferences and special meetings • Designed to highlight for members another value-added benefit of their membership. • Driving members to the EPP website for course information and registration
EPP Tool Kit • Target Audience - the Partner • Tool kit provides “how-to” information on: • Set up of the customized landing page • IEEE masterbrand policies and how they apply to the Partners • Marketing opportunities, and more… • The Partner receives this document once the contract is signed
EPP Sales Brochure • Target audience – Potential Partners • Staff will distribute at events where academic or corporate entities are present and have shown an interest in partnering with IEEE Education Partners Program • Brochure showcases the advantages of partnering with the leading technical organization in the world
