  2. HAMWORTHY GATE SITE LOOKING BACK TO MAIN REGENERATION ZONE The access road is completed but site is closed and there is no access.

  3. CURRENT BRIDGE Currently only access point to ferry/ catamaran port and Hamworthy. Traffic along this route can be very heavily congested especially during the summer tourist season. The quay is a very popular destination. Congestion made worse when bridge is raised for boats.

  4. NEW BRIDGE across Back Water Channel. This is from Poole side looking towards Hamworthy Gate.

  5. View of Holes Bay from same site.

  6. Empty office, retail outlet next to bridge site.

  7. Sunseeker International and new RNLI HQ along minor road in Regeneration zone.

  8. Further along the road. RNLI HQ and teaching centre.

  9. Flat development on northern edge of site close to road and rail link opposite ASDA.

  10. Another view of flats looking out over Holes Bay.

  11. ASDA SUPERSTORE and new residential development.
