  2. 2013 Review • Income £1.65ml – up 7% over 2012 • Reserves £.928ml – up 22% over 2012 • Membership growth 10% (50% growth over 5 years) • Conference attendance up 10% (membership attendance up 20%) • Academy attendance was 650 – up 15% over 2012

  3. 2014 Forward Look… • Finance • Operating surplus to disappear in 2014 • Conference expenses up approx. £100,000 • Other operating expenses up by £145,000 due to • Premises rent review • Hire of R&D Manager (new hire) • Increased research budget • Planned (small) surplus to be restored in 2015
