Adoption of Annual Accounts Resolution 1 The members of the Movex User Association, hereby accept and adopt the Annual Accounts for the year 2006/7, as produced by our Accountants, McGregors Corporate, Mansfield on 7th September 2007, at the annual general meeting of the company held on 18th September 2007. Resolution No 1 *for *against *Strike out whichever is not desired.
Re-election of MUA Committee Resolution 2 The members of the Movex User Association, hereby elect the committee members standing for re-election, for a further three years, as specified in section 5.5 of the MUA Constitution, at the annual general meeting of the company held on 18th September 2007. Resolution No 2 *for *against *Strike out whichever is not desired.
Cue-07 Lawson Global User Group (LGUG) • 17 user groups – all independent – mainly USA • One “voice of the customer” with Lawson • Very stable relationship • Five different subgroups • All meetings held in USA • MUGA (USA) already joined • All other Mover user groups declined • - too many issues • - unstable relationship • - mainly European focus (i.e. non USA)
Proposal Global Association of M3 Users (gam3 or “game”) • 15 user groups – all independent – mainly Europe • One “voice of the customer” with Lawson • To develop stable relationship • Four different subgroups • - Support - already started • - M3 7.1 Contracts • - Product Development • - Training / Education • Generally meetings held in Europe
Proposal Global Association of M3 Users • 6 member board (committee) • Graham Maxfield to be “Coordinator” • Proposal to commence 1st January 2008 • Draft 2008 Budget = £18,000 • Lawson to fund up to 50% • Cost to be spread per member not User Group • No of members: 1400 (max) 800 (min) • Cost per member €10 €20 • Hence no increase in annual MUA membership • All subject to approval by MUA committee
