MUA Annual General Meeting Voting requirements • 25 members attending • 1 vote per member (excluding 3rd party members) • Simple majority of votes cast. • Adoption of Annual Accounts • Election of committee members • 3 new members standing for election • 1 vacancy • Re-election of Graham Maxfield as Director • 4. Amendment of Constitution – “Lawson”

  12. Accounts 2008 Year End – Accounts (Surplus/Reduction) 2007/8 Operating surplus = £941

  13. Accounts 2008 Year End – Accounts (Assets) 2007/8 Current Assets = £14,124

  14. Adoption of Annual Accounts Resolution 1 The members of the Movex User Association, hereby accept and adopt the Annual Accounts for the year 2007/8, as produced by our Accountants, Total Accounting Solutions, Lincoln on 10th October 2008, at the annual general meeting of the company held on 21st October 2008. Resolution No 1 *for *against *Strike out whichever is not desired.

  15. Re-election of MUA Committee Resolution 2 The members of the Movex User Association, hereby elect the committee members standing for re-election, for a further three years, as specified in section 5.5 of the MUA Constitution, at the annual general meeting of the company held on 21st October 2008. Resolution No 2 *for *against *Strike out whichever is not desired.

  16. Re-election of Graham Maxfield Resolution 3 The members of the Movex User Association, hereby elect the Director standing for re-election, for a further three years, as specified in section 40(A) of the Articles of Memorandum, at the annual general meeting of the company held on 21st October 2008. Resolution No 3 *for *against *Strike out whichever is not desired.

  17. Amendment of MUA Constitution Resolution 4 The members of the Movex User Association, hereby agree to replace the word “Intentia” with the word “Lawson” throughout the whole of the MUA Constitution, as specified in section 7.1 of the MUA Constitution, at the annual general meeting of the company held on 21st October 2008. Resolution No 4 *for *against *Strike out whichever is not desired.

Global Association of M3 User Groups • 15 user groups – all independent – mainly Europe • One “voice of the customer” with Lawson • Four different subgroups • - Support • - Product Development • - Training / Education • - Professional Services • “Meet” with Lawson every month via Teleconference • Generally meetings held in Europe
