Features & Functionality A quick overview of the features and functionality. The system should be seamless and automated with user experience always taken into account throughout the build. It’s also important to bear in mind that this is to serve a niche market within the legal sector but also have the ability to modify at a later date. The backend system should be built using a content management system with the ability to control and edit the main settings of the site, i.e.. pricing, account permissions, static pages (terms and conditions) etc. Extra features have been included to meet the benchmark of some of TWC’s leading competitors. The main feature of the site will be to efficiently pinpoint relevant candidates based on their resume qualifications, skills matrix & references within the candidate database, including those marked Public, Confidential and/or Private. Also, to be able to search for candidates based on a selection of criteria, but also, for premium account holders, be able to search based on a rating system set by the admin who will essentially be rating the candidates. Job seekers receive automated email/SMS notifications that invite the prospective candidate to review and apply for the listed positions that they are interested in. You can also customize the emails to extend your brand and visibility. Employers and recruiters can view reports detailing candidate matches, as well as the number of applies, with links to access the specific job requirements and review resumes.
