  3. In Word, click onTOOLS: • Note: When importing a document, choose EDIT - Select allbefore clicking on TOOLS.

  4. In Tools, select your Language: • English (US) is the Default Language. • Do not change the Default!

  5. Choose Standard for: • French • German • Italian • Portuguese

  6. ButTraditionalfor Spanish:

  7. In Options choose the most thorough spelling and grammar check for the assigned writing style. Check with your professor or the Lab Director if uncertain. Under Tools - Options select appropriate writing style:

  8. Error correction begins as soon as you start typing. • Note that spelling errors are detected first.

  9. First the correction of the missing accent:

  10. Now for the grammar correction :

  11. Note correction of both Gender agreement errors:
