Gasping: to make a noise by suddenly breathing in because you are shocked or surprised. Collapse: to fall down. Advocate: to publicly support or suggest something or an idea. • Objectives: • Define hands only CPR concept. • Why act is better than not to act • Describe chest compression

  4. What is hands-only CPR? Hands-only CPR is a potentially lifesaving technique involving chest compression no mouth to mouth contact. • It is best used in emergencies where someone has seen another person suddenly collapse.
