Water & Sanitation Operation • 5,387,000 Liters of Drinking water produced and distributed in Iligan, Cagayan de Oro and Negros Oriental
Set up 18 bladder tanks in various barangay and evacuation centers
Social Services TS Sendong
Cagayan De Oro • 6 Welfare Desks were set up in 6 evacuation centers • 4,035 individuals were provided with psychosocial support (PSP) Chairman Richard Gordon comforts BerdanNatindig, a carpenter in Brgy. Tibasak, who lost a niece, his house and his whole community
Cagayan De Oro • 153 RLF/Tracing requests were received and acted upon • 3,731 individuals were provided with hot meals • SoS Staff assigned in CDO Chapter continuously serves centers to SoS • 113 volunteers were trained in PSP & RFL • Set up 6 welfare desks Blas Avenido, the man who refused to accept relief goods from PRC, having lost his house, wife and 8 kids
Iligan • 5 Welfare Desks were set up • 1,585 individuals were provided with psychosocial support (PSP) • 28 RFL/Tracing requests were received and acted upon • Continued data gathering on listing of dead persons confirmation Mila Inlawan, a resident of Kala-kala, CDO, was washed to Iligan by the floods brought by TS Sendong
National Headquarters • Continuously monitored affected chapters • A total of 53 cases were acted on as requested by families and relatives who were very anxious to hear about the fate of their loved ones Chairman Richard Gordon and Secretary General Gwen Pang surprise the children of Brgy. Tibasak evacuation center with ice cream for the holidays
National Headquarters • Contacted trained RFL/PSP volunteers in Davao City, Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental, Pasay City and Laguna Chapter respectively for possible deployment to Iligan and Cagayan de Oro chapters Chairman Richard Gordon and Secretary General Gwen Pang lead the gift giving activity of PRC in evacuation centers in CDO and Iligan
