Model Answer Writing We need to eat healthy foods each day. I think you can eat snacks like cookies and chips, but only sometimes. There are five food groups. This is a guide that tells us what is in each group. It also tells us how many servings of each group we should eat every day. The first group is breads and cereals. For example, breads, cereals, rice and pasta. You should eat 6-11 servings each day. The second group is fruits and vegetables. For example, apples and peppers. You should eat 5-9 servings each day. The third group is meat. Examples are beef, chicken, fish, dry beans, eggs and nuts. You should eat 2-3 servings each day. The fourth group is dairy. For example, milk, cheese and yogurt. You should eat 2-3 servings each day. The fifth group is other foods. These are foods that have a lot of fat and sugar in them. Examples are soda, candy and processed food snacks. You should eat none or very few foods from this group. I would exercise by walking or running. I would also ride my bike. I would do this every day. I would try to exercise for about 1 hours each day. I would do any exercise that I could do outside. I enjoy being outside in the fresh air, even when it is cold. So, it is important to eat healthy foods. It is also important to exercise every day. So, whatever kind of exercise you enjoy, make sure you do it each day.
