Main Themes Platform for policy makers, practitioners, industry leaders, academicians and architects of e-Government projects- across the Asian continent to share the achievements, challenges and lessons learned in implementing e-Governance. Platform on technology-enabled education to deliberate on the pressing challenges, capacity building, reengineering pedagogy, manage change and providing digital access.  Platform on development of information & communications, science and technology and its integration in healthcare systems. Platform to discuss best practices, access, digital divide and creation of economic and social opportunities for the rural masses in Asia. Platform to discuss emerging e-technologies and all e-applications used in the wider society. Including media technologies, language processing, ubiquitous connectivity to distributed processing, information security, web services, knowledge based systems, etc.
