  2. WP 3 Valdespartera • Plots 17,18 and 13 continue on schedule: Plot 17: started the 9.1.2006; to be completed: June 2008. Pending latest works. Plot 18:started on 5.6.2006; to be completed: October 2008. The closing of the windows has been done. The construction of the building is in an advanced state. Plot 13: started on 12.6.2006; to be completed: septiembre 2009. The three plots are pending the modification of the urban network to bring more electrical power

  3. WP 3 • Plot 12 almost finished: • The electric installation is pending on the final urbanisation. • Gas installation finished. • Heating systems pending on trying the electricity with the boilers

  4. WP 3 PICARRAL -Municipal licenses obtained Anzánigo street General Yagüe street

  5. WP 3 PICARRAL • At the moment we are obtaining different construction budgets for the Neighbourhoods of : Picarral: Anzanigo 10-12 y Gnral Yagüe 2-4-6-8 • New contracts have been made for the new Office of Refurbishment in San Blas street number 37

  6. WP 3 Continuing the Study of the third possible location of the wind turbine The location of the wind turbine in the plot 5- 103 of Saragossa is being studied. The best place considered is the coordinate UTM X 672.049, UTM Y 4.609.255. • Possible problems • Plot 15 of the 105 poligono will be affected • The distance to pre existing infrastructure is not too much: high electric tension, Forth City Ring Road (the distance is less than the double height of the wind turbine) • It is considered necessary to have an “evacuation line” for the wind turbine, it is necessary to cross the Forth City Ring Road (above or through a subterranean way) and design the RSMT and the SET Valdespartera in an urbanized area

  7. WP 3 CANDIDO DOMINGO SCHOOL • The Energy Eco efficiency Ordinance and The Use of Renewable Energy has been adopted for the Town Hall. • The project for the isolation of the facade is done and depends now on the municipal approval.

  8. WP 3 THE EXHIBITION CENTER IN VALDESPARTERA • During the execution of the building some technical solutions have been taken, however the initial design project is preserved. • To the 28th of February, 519.427,84€ has been certificate, a 22% of the total budget.
