  11. Athens Services took over operations since November 2009, since then changes were made: • New Equipment – New Loaders, flat deck screen, water truck at a cost of approximately $900,000 • Changing to a cleaner feedstock • Changed the site operations, by changing the windrow orientation to promote drainage, reduce odors, and make it easier to turn the material • Installed and purchased litter fences at a cost of approximately $37,000
