Physical Features There are no walls dividing the room Workers can choose where to take a seat As many as eight people can gather at a desk Many workers on different branches are placed in the room No hierarchy found in the room because there are no assigned seats
Psychological Features They can feel free to talk to co-workers and they can talk to anyone in the room because of no hierarchy →It is an essential factor to make a friendly environment 2) They can even ask questions at workers on different branches →They would get chance to get new opinions on the questions
