Download your Mobile App. ‘Open’ App and download to your Mobile Phone. Go to App Store / Google Shop and search for ‘Sydney Coastrek ’. Once the App is installed on your phone – click on the Icon and log-in with your Username and Password you use on your computer. Get your Sponsors!.

  1. Download your Mobile App ‘Open’ App and download to your Mobile Phone Go to App Store / Google Shop and search for ‘Sydney Coastrek’ Once the App is installed on your phone – click on the Icon and log-in with your Username and Password you use on your computer

  2. Get your Sponsors! For iPhones slightly scroll down and you find the ‘Get Sponsors’ link which will allow you to start your fundraising on the go by using one of the 4 options! Your ‘My Progress’ tab shows you how your (and your teams fundraising) is going.

  3. 4 Ways to Fundraise Fundraise by E-mail send an email from your personal account to all your friends and supporters. You can change the text of the email but make sure the link to your fundraising page is included in your text!Facebook Fundraise direct from your Facebook account. This is a very effective way to fundraise. Your donors will be able to share with their friends their support to your Coastrek and help spread the message!Note: You can not change this photo but add some personal text to this post on your wall.

  4. 4 ways to Fundraise Twitter  Share the news and invite your followers to donate via your Twitter link. Again you are able to update the text but make sure you leave the link to your fundraising page so people can donate to you!Donate Now  Commit your friend on the spot by asking for the donation straight away. Click on the orange Donate Now! link and follow the prompts.

  5. Donate Now! Fundraise on the go! Select the amount of the donation, fill-in your donors personal details. Make sure you capture the correct email or mailing address for their tax receipt. Then use either your own credit card for cash donation or let the donor fill-in his/her credit card details to confirm the donation Donation Personal Details

  7. My Profile Edit Photos  Let your supporters know how hard you train for Coastrek. Upload your photos from the last training weekend.Edit Message  Tell your supporters about Coastrek, your fundraising, why you support The Fred Hollows Foundation. Update both regularly to keep your supporter interested in your fundraising.

  8. Download your own Photos  Delete – this will suppress the photo from your page  Edit – this will allow you to change the photo and upload a new one from your phone  Add – You can add and show up to 6 photos at any given time on your fundraising page

  9. Edit Photos Edit Photos  Click on the small Icon with the pen next to the photo you like to change

  10. Edit Photos Change ImageSelect the photo from either your camera roll or library and replace the existing photo with your latest training photo

  11. Edit Photos Once the new photo has downloaded Update the Titleand Description of the new photo! Then click Save (top right corner)

  12. Edit Photos And there is your newest photo -> this will automatically update your photo on your personal Fundraising website as well! Make sure you upload new pictures regularly - this will increase engagement with your supporters and encourage them to give more and support your challenge!

  13. Edit Message Edit Message  Let your supporters know why you doing Coastrek, tell them about the impact of their donation and encourage them to donate. Remember $25 is enough to restore someone's sight and give them a second chance in life!Once you done simply click Save (top right corner)
