CS280 Side Guide Rails hole and gap mismatch Responsible: Davis/Johnson Approved by: Wigant Date: 8/1/2012 GTG: Y Y Is / Was • Description: • CS has issues with hole miss-alignment between Side Guide Fittings installed in CS260 and Side Guide rails installed in Cs280 • CS 280 has exaggerated shim gaps getting side guide rails to line up with Side guide fittings resulting in 32 NC conditions since Lu79 in BSC and more in EVt • Closure Criteria: • 3 consecutive Ship sets with no hole or gap issues in CS280 • Proposal re-evaluated / readjusted for 4 day flow rate   Applicability: -9 -10 -8 Line no.
