Deployment cycle of reservists (percentage of time deployed vs. time training/recovery) Rapid & changing demand and supply of low density high skills. Different definitions of “volunteer reservist” in each member state Legislation and protection e.g. USERRA, RFA 1996 leads to significant impact on time to deploy. Support infrastructure and personal administration challenges. Lack of post operative tour support Varying degrees of performance feedback Focus subject : “the Sustainment of Reserves in Current High Tempo Operational Environments”
