  6. Request Direction from RMS • Can a meter owner (non-TDSP) have an IDR meter installed but request that the billing/settlement be based on non-IDR data?

  7. Clarification from PUC • Meter reading for the discreet purpose of billing and settlement should not become eligible to be performed as a competitive service in the near term • Plans for the long-term implementation of competitive metering services should, however, take into consideration the possibility of meter reading becoming a competitive service • TDSPs to standardize and streamline process for customer access to meter data
