  2. Alliance for Diversity & Equity We envision KSD/ADE to be a place: • where all students have a voice and are treated with dignity and respect. • where students, families, staff, administration, and community are all interdependent - unified by mutual respect and acceptance, and having the purpose of academic success for all students. • where parents, guardians, students, and the community are able to freely express their concerns and feel safe, validated and appreciated.

  3. Alliance for Diversity & Equity • where students accept, learn and appreciate all of the unique qualities of individuals. • where it is safe for and welcoming of all students and staff members. • where all students are nurtured, supported and “successfully prepared for the future”. • where equal opportunities exist for and are accessible to all students. • where families, school officials, and communities feel that power, responsibility and successes are equally shared.
