1 – Alliance customizable data b - Queries management Sélect the country FR Default access page is the order search page (Set in UM module) Select B2B ! Chose pertinent search criteria regarding the order you’re looking for. ! Selected fields will be kept in memory after search : Think to check these data before launching one new query. Click on « Advanced Search » to have more search criteria

Set this column to one lower level Set this column to one higher level Add one column to be displayed Remove one column from displayed Available columns Displayed columns Cancel your modifications Save your preferences

Mandatory columns : - Item Code - Quantity - Customer Item Code - Item Description Add one column to be displayed Remove one column from displayed Available columns Displayed columns Save your preferences Cancel your modifications

2 – B2B message treatment a – Search for B2B message To search a B2B message, you can use your saved query Choose your query
2 – B2B message treatment a – Search for B2B message The search result are displayed under the query form. Click on « Message Type » to open the related message

3 – Order treatment a – Useful data Order status : Created = Currently in manual creation => Only part of header values is set Structuring = Order lines are being defined Simulating = Send to ERP for simulation Simulation OK = Order simulation ok in ERP Anomaly = Order in error (exported or not) => List displayed in error log Ready to send = Order ready to get send (only indicating status) Sending = Order sent but not received yet by the ERP Loaded = Order correctly exported into ERP.
3 – Order treatment a – Useful data Order versions : All orders has Version / editon / draft numbering, ex : 1.2.1 Version : Manualy incremented by user Edition : Manualy incremented after each correct ERP sending Draft : Automaticaly incremented after file import, autostructuration
3 – Order treatment a – Useful data Order dedicated buttons : Change the screen size Send an email with current order url Send to BP the order in simulation mode Set the order to « Ready for export » status Export the order to BP Duplicate the order Cancel the order Close the order detail window
3 – Order treatment a – Useful data Order header dedicated buttons : Create one new order edition Copy CCC header default values to Order header ones Copy Order header values to CCC header default ones Save order header values Edit order organization parameters (Customer, BU, SeU, SoU) Edit Partners data Edit header commercial discount data Close all sub areas Open all the sub areas

3 – Order treatment b – Order search Choose your query To search for one order you can use your pre-defined query : Click on « Search » (or « Enter »)
3 – Order treatment b – Order search The search result are displayed under the query form. Click on « Alliance Sales Order ID » to open the related order
3 – Order treatment c – Header data validation ! All yellow fields are mandatory for BP sending and simulation Order header data 1 - Check the Customer PO Id 2 - Check the order status ! Check the complementary informations

3 – Order treatment c – Header data validation Order header data 5 - Check incoterm Code = DDU & Description = Site 6 - Check the currency 7 - Check the language 8 - If you want to manage « OLA » 9 - Check the flag Multiple Delivery 10 - Tick this box if ALL the order has to be treated in direct shipment

3 – Order treatment c – Header data validation Order header data 13 - Check customer Sold To 14 - Check customer Sold To 15 - Check Customer Bill To data ! To edit partners data, use the dedicated interface by clicking on :
3 – Order treatment c – Header data validation ! Order header data will be automatically saved (with confirmation) during tab change, order simulation, send, close…. Save order header data Save order header data by clicking on Check the action result « Update OK »

3 – Order treatment d – Site management This screen appears : Create a new site Update the selected site Delete the selected site(s)
3 – Order treatment d – Site management To create a new site, click on A new selection screen appears : Choose site based on Ship-To address Click on « Continue »
3 – Order treatment d – Site management A – If you want to manage your site in BP choose the option : « Search by Sold-To Partner Id » Select search by Sold-To Click on « Search » The search result appears : Then clicks on Click on to select the customer

3 – Order treatment d – Site management B – If you want to manage the site in Alliance, and Ship-To is created in BP : Select search with criteria set your criteria Click on « Search » The search result appears : Then click on Click on to select the customer
