  1. September 2013 Meetingfall is upon us… 9-26-13

  2. September Activities • Dues are $30. Seniors dues and stole are $55. • Points sheets need to be submitted for the fall semester in December. Please keep track of all projects. • Non attendance at meetings means points are deducted. -1 point per meeting. • New hour requirements for new inductees 40 hours. 1 point=1 hour. • Donut forms are due October 10th. 2 week extension.Seniors sell 32 boxes to pay for dues and stole.Sell 20 boxes to pay for all dues for underclassmen. All members must sell 5 boxes or pay $25.Ask ALL teachers and school employees! Ask your parents to take the form to work to sell for you! Top seller=free convention. • Convention April 2014.

  3. Service Projects • Football Fridays—run graphics on the score board. Game admission and working an entire game. October 25 game is open. • Mentors needed at Bill Arp Elem one morning a week from 7:45-8:15. Sign up today and you’ll receive training before you begin. • ALX Wrestling tournament Saturday Sept 28th. Volunteer for morning or afternoon shifts. 8-11 a.m. or 11-2 p.m. • Relay for Life luncheon Oct 30th. Need drinks and desserts. Sign up today! • Cross Country Workers needed October 12th. 8:30am-3:30pm. You can sign up for 3 hour shifts. • Painting at Mirror Lake Elem Sept 30 and Oct 1 until 4:30-5. Sign up today.

  4. Fall Festivals • Fall Festival Mason Creek Sept 27th 4-9 • Fall Festival South Douglas Oct 18th 4-8 • Fall Festival Winston Oct 25th 4-9 • Fall Dance Bill Arp Oct 25th. More details to come later. • Foxhall Family Festival October 5th. Shifts from 9:30am-1:30 pm or 1:30-5:30 pm. You must work ALL of the hours to receive credit. Names needed ASAP.
