2. Advance Logistics Simulation Each one of the junior officers is REQUIRED to accomplish certain documents.

3. Documents to submit 1.) Activity Report (based on the seminar you passed during the Basic Logistics Simulation) 2.) GALS (blank sheet only) 3.) Entry permit Note: Scratch papers are allowed! 

4. Rules • After filling all the details needed in the documents, it must be signed by the assigned signatory. • Since this is simply a simulation, signatories are simply representations of the actual people. Names of the actual signatories must still be in the documents.

5. After duly accomplishing the respective forms, kindly submit it to Mina Ymson (assuming AVP – Documentations role) in a LONG BROWN ENVELOPE,properly labeled (Last Name, First Name). Only correct and complete forms will be accepted. • Deadline is on or before Sept. 30, 6:00pm.
