Recommended Changes to LCAP Based on Input • Increase efforts to recruit and retain a diverse workforce • Explore avenue to build capacity among current staff • Expand Summer School to include an English Language Development (ELD) Institute
Recommended Changes to LCAP Based on Input • Increase training for para-educators • Increase teacher technology support for high school sites • Hire itinerant technology coaches to integrate technology in all content areas
