STATE FUNDINGLCFF • Base Grant Same amount per ADA for all California schools by grade level spans (K-3, 4-6, 7-8, and 9-12) • Supplemental Grant 20% of adjusted Base rate for Low Income (LI), English Language Learners (ELL), and Foster Youth (FY)- unduplicated • Concentration Grant Each LI/ELL student above 55% enrollment generates 50% of adjusted base rate • K-3 Class size Reduction Grant 10.4% of Base rate for grades K-3 ADA • Grades 9-12 2.6% of Base rate for grades 9-12 ADA

Student Subgroups to be Included in Local Control Accountability Plans • Racial/Ethnic Subgroups • Black or African American • American Indian or Alaska Native • Asian • Filipino • Hispanic or Latino • Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander • White • Two or more races • Other Subgroups • Socioeconomically disadvantaged students • English Language Learners • Students with disabilities • Foster youth Write annual goals for each numerically significant subgroup to be achieved for each of the eight state priorities and for any additional local priorities; and write specific actions the school district will take to achieve the goals.
