ACTIONS: Ashley French . Update of lab layout and module assembly. B-162- R-011 . The rear wall has been repainted. Floor is being prepared and painted today (15/11/10 ) Wood will be placed in the side wall panels to cover the wire mesh on the 2 side walls then painted white.

  2. Update of lab layout and module assembly. B-162- R-011

  3. The rear wall has been repainted. Floor is being prepared and painted today (15/11/10) Wood will be placed in the side wall panels to cover the wire mesh on the 2 side walls then painted white. Clear Polycarbonate plastic will be placed in the front wall panels. Silicon will be injected into the space between the walls and floor to prevent dust from entering. Progress so far B-162- R-011

  4. All drawings for Accelerating Structure are at Berthet-Serge for quotation and are awaiting their response. All drawings for PETS are at CERN Main Workshop and are waiting for their response. All drawings are at Micropierre and are waiting for their response. A structure for Electron Beam Welding has been discussed with a general design commenced. Progress for Module Assembly

  5. Delivery of 2 girders type 0 from EPUCRET (DE) to CERN by end of week 46 / beginning of week 47. Delivery of 2 Main Beam girders type 0 from MICRO-CONTROLE (FR) to CERN by end of week 48. Delivery of 2 Drive Beam girders type 0 from BOOSTEC (FR) to CERN to be confirmed, modification has been requested by CERN on the girders. B-169-S-021 will be used to store the 3 crates. Progress for Module Assembly

  6. METROLOGICAL PLATES arrival date: As written by Hélène Mainaud Durand. (02/11/10) The delivery at CERN is foreseen on the 19 of November. We will need then to perform controls and assemble the parts. This should arrive week 47 to B162-R-011. Progress for Module Assembly

  8. COMPACT LOAD: Model for compact load in progress (Drawings Checked) Several remarks to be implemented. RF DISTRIBUTION: RF Network studying 3D mockup in progress. Drawing creation underway. Progress for Module Assembly
