What is a Mix of Types? Housing types include single family homes, small accessory second units, subsidized and market rate apartments, mixed use developments and others Subsidized family apartments Accessory Unit behind garage
Mix of Housing Types Subsidized apartments, 21 units/acre Mixed Use, 37 units/acre over commercial Senior apartments, 45 units/acre Market rate apartments 20 units/acre
