Electrical Commissioning • Whether you are a sole trader looking for help, or a utility-scale business looking to outsource, BCJ Controls has the ability to help you with protection testing and commissioning. • No job is too large or too small. We can cater for smaller commercial generation systems (PV or diesel in parallel). Our technicians also have extensive experience in substation commissioning, from low voltage distribution right through to high voltage transmission systems.

  3. Electrical Commissioning • Boards and Panels – For fault diagnosis or panel commissioning, we can carry out wiring and connection checks. If we see a problem we don’t just let it slide, you can expect a full report and suggestions for modification. • CTs and VTs – For the rest of your secondary wiring and equipment, we can cover current and voltage transformer tests such as polarity, ratio, saturation, burden, and primary injections. • Switchgear – We can commission low voltage and high voltage switchgear. Our team has extensive experience in protection relay testing and maintenance of isolators and circuit breakers (air, oil, vacuum and SF6), both modern and legacy units.
