About the Company • We are School Improvement experts. • Established in 2005 by a High School Principal and a former Director of College Admissions. • ILEC specializes in offering consultation services in Data Analysis, School Improvement and Instructional Coaching; professional developments; program/curricula development; and workshops and character education presentations for schools and social programs. • ILEC provides educational services for over 70 school districts and social programs in Michigan and Ohio. • ILEC Consultants are fully vetted to ensure that the quality of service our clients are delivered meets a high standard. • Consultants are typically former superintendents, principals, instructors, community leaders and/or motivational speakers within their respective region. • We want to become your voice.
