  2. Objective • To equip incoming Club Presidents and BOD officers with Rotary Knowledge • To update incoming officers with Rotary happenings for RY2014-15 To provide classmates bonding opportunity PETS & DA 2014 | 2

  3. PETS • According to RI, all club presidents must attend PETS before taking office on 1 July 2014 • It is a structured training program by RI adapted to local application • For those not able to attend, permission must be given by DGE Andre for a represenative to attend PETS & DA 2014 | 3

  4. DISTAS • Training opportunity for BOD officers 2014-15 and any Rotarians who aspired to serve • Expect the attendance number by club size • >40 9 officers • <40>20 6 officers • <20 3 officers PETS & DA 2014 | 4

  5. Future Vision Qualifying • All clubs must send in at least one club representative to attend and sign MOU in order to take part in Future Vision plan in RY2014-15 PETS & DA 2014 | 5

  6. Past Presidents’ Forum • The wealth of past presidents must be tapped and harnessed for Rotary in the clubs and District • All Past Presidents are urged to take active role to shape the clubs and district by taking part in this forum PETS & DA 2014 | 6

  7. Dialogue Session • This is a session for all Rotarians to give their reflections, views and opinions on our District • This is a session your concerns and suggestions will be heard • Be proactive and contributing to the running of the District PETS & DA 2014 | 7
