  3. Also use Rubrics as the Portfolio Assessment Tool • Assessment must be documented • Emphasis on performance or skills • Easy to use • Portfolio contains the “embedded rubric” • Good for student to have included

  11. Don & Marla use your data to calculate how well we are supporting our Program Outcomes and Institutional Outcomes

Fill out the Commentary FormDownload a copy at: http://www.coffeyville.edu/assessment/downloads.htm • Take special note of the outcomes which were poorly achieved or mastered. • Note the performance of each student. • Consider carefully what happened in this course and if any changes are in order. • Document your thoughts on these results. • Mention any budgetary needs. • Give a copy to your division chair.
