CCPL Starting Salaries These are annual starting salaries for several key positions at the Library. This structure has been in effect since 7/1/2008. • Circulation Clerk $24,611 • Circulation Supervisor $34,426 • Library Associate (Bachelor’s degree required) $30,563 • Adult/Children’s Services Supervisor (Master’s degree required) $44,920 • Branch Manager I (Master’s degree required) $49,411 • Branch Manager II (Master’s degree required) $54,353 Hourly staff, library page position, start at $7.58 per hour. TOTAL FY12 FTE: 163.91

Effective use of library funding is a result of cooperation and partnership among libraries across the state.
Other CCPL Fees CCPL charges for various services. The follow is a list of the most significant fees along with the actual revenue collected in FY 11. • Fines for overdue books and materials $380,000 • Faxing Services 12,500 • Internet printing 20,000 • Copies 10,300 • Out of State 3,400 • Meeting Rooms 2,800 As a convenience to our customers, earphones, batteries and flash drives are also available for sale at branches. In addition as a service to customers, CCPL processed 2,929 County Government bills.

CCPL Sunday Hours - Westminster Branch • Request opening for 4 hours, 30 Sundays per year • Schedule to run first Sunday in October through last Sunday in April • All hours considered additional part-time hours, non-benefit eligible • Estimated cost: $64,900 • Financial support through City of Westminster, Economic Development: $12,980 Net additional cost to provide Sunday hours at Westminster Branch:$51,920
CCPL Westminster Branch Security Current level of Security: • One Security Guard, 5 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, and Saturdays Current cost: $35,100 • Requested an additional 17 hours per week Additional cost: $23,869
