Mimio A Mimio is a new teaching instrument that is becoming more and more popular in schools today. It is the newer version of a “Smart” board. • Uses: • The Mimio records and saves everything the teacher writes on the board. • A teacher who uses the Mimio will never have to erase, instead they can just click new slide. • The Mimiohas a feature called duplicate slide where a teacher can then show step by step methods of solving the problem. • The Mimiohas interactive mode where a teacher can be using power point and write on each slide whenever they want. • The Mimio also has the option to use a lot of different colors to help the students visualize the various concepts.
