Academic Committee Proposal • 1 Representative who specializes in the topic from the partner university, for each interested course • 1 Representative for all the courses who is already in the SOI Asia committee • BY MAY 10th(WED), 2006: Assign university representative & representatives to the interested courses • Course planning using the ML, faculty meeting, etc.

New course proposal • Partner university will plan a lecture course on their own to suit the university’s wishes • Contents, Level and Schedule • Co-planning with the secretariat team • Find a professor/partner university to give lectures to SOI Asia • Curriculum development within the group (Lecturer/Participant/Secretariat) • Procedure will be documented to be a guideline to the succeeding partner universities
