Our Mission • To treat each family individually • To be a resource to each family • To respect and support the decisions made by the family • Provide direct services to the family that instill knowledge and confidence in themselves for making life-long decisions for their child • To provide direct services to the child that will enhance his/her language, communication, and education

  4. Who We Serve • Direct Service • Children ages 0-3 with a hearing loss of 35dB across 1 frequency or 30dB across 2 frequencies • Families are involved in the Early Intervention System.

  5. Who We Serve • Consultation • Children/families who qualify for direct service but choose consultation only services.

Direct Service Hearing Loss 101 Impact of Hearing Loss Communication Options Amplification Options Language Development Communication Skills Auditory Training 6 month/annual assessments Transition Support Provided weekly, twice/month, or once/month in the home or daycare Consultative Service Hearing Loss 101 Impact of Hearing Loss Communication Options Amplification Options Strategies for parents and/or therapists Evaluations Provided monthly, every three months, or by phone Services We Provide
