  8. Requirements For Web Interface • Students able to submit assignments and view their grades • Lecturers able to view grade information • Graders able to view assignments and grade information • Administrator able to submit Keys and create accounts

  9. Requirements For Grading Application • Designed for the Microsoft Windows Platform • Access provided only for the Grader • Interacts with the System Database
