  17. Ongoing SFL everydayinteractions

  18. SF everydayinteractions “When I arrived, I set a goal for myself that I would ask at least one SF question and or make a SF comment (affirmation, compliment) in every single conversation I had with every person while at work. A year and a half later I hear so many of the same questions and comments coming from others.„

  19. SF in leadership tools “Using SF approach in performance appraisals: In one of my one-to-one meetings I had an employee who had to be ready with a big part of a project. (…) she was happy to speak about the part she did really well, but somewhat surprisingly for me, she readily admitted that significant chunk was subpar.„

  20. Worthwilemeetings “At our weekly meetings we always start with ‘of all the things we did last week what are we most satisfied with’.” „We are starting each planning-meeting with the question ‘what needs to happen to say that this meeting was successful’.” “Therefore I introduced a walking scale in the room. “

  21. SF interactions with employees “I took an opportunity to speak face to face and used SF tools, particularly future perfect, to enable him to make a decision on his commitment.“ “I focused on our mutual intentions, stressed what we both saw as valuable parts in our cooperation so far. We developed a common goal(…)“ „To find the little hope with our questions in a conversation with our employee who has no solution.„

  22. SF in managementcycles Strategic management: “On our strategic day we always look for what works and when. What is surprisingly working against all odds...?” “We are in a strategic planning process right now which is a great opportunity” Project management: “Asking: What will be different with the new solution (after the project)?„

  23. Fostering SF behaviour inbetween employees “I've just introduced solutions focus to a new team when I moved to a new organization (…) What started out as skepticism is now turning into usage. (…) We are slowly but surely becoming a more SF organization.„

  24. Creative SF Tools: The success bell „People ring the bell whenevertheyweresuccessfulorsaw a success by someone elseand tell the peoplearoundthem about it“ • Focus on whatworks • More SF interaction in between • More appreciation for eachother
