The Learning Platform • The current ‘RM Learning Platform’ used by schools and the Local Authority is due to be retired at the end of August 2014. • All content/functionality used on the Local Authority site will be moved over to SGFL Cloud. • Information from the Learning Platform will be migrated across when schools are on summer break and be live to all Stoke education establishments from Sept 2014.

What is SGFL Cloud? • We will still be working in partnership with RM Education but also directly with Microsoft. • SGFL Cloud is a system that utilises the power of SharePoint 2013 to provide a better intranet for all educational establishments in the city. • You can still access your information securely, anywhere, anytime but more easily...

What is SGFL Cloud? • Usernames and passwords from the Learning Platform will (in most cases) remain the same to log onto SGFLCloud. • All current users on the RM Learning Platform will be migrated across with the same permissions – schools should have received an email about audit of users; if you have not responded yet could you let us know at your earliest opportunity. • There will be no user charge (as previously with the RM Learning Platform) to access this system.
