  2. Windows 2000 SP4 OS 光碟的製作 • 所需工具程式及檔案 1.Windows 2000 原始光碟(或映像檔) 2.Windows 2000 SP4 3.映像檔編輯軟體：WinISO 4.壓縮編輯程式：WinZIP 5.光碟燒錄程式：Nero • 從何處下載？

  3. 將SP4整合進Windows 2000 之核心 • 將Windows 2000 SP4 解開 • 取出原始之核心(I386) • 進行整合 • 置換整合過之核心(I386) • 燒錄成光碟

  4. 作業系統安裝時應有之觀念 • 作業系統絕對有缺陷（先天不良） • 安裝任何作業系統絕對離線（隔離外界） • 加裝防毒軟體（施打疫苗） • 安裝完系統馬上進行修補（後天訓練） • 隨時更新（健康檢查）

  5. Windows 2000 之安裝 • 補足先天之缺陷 • （將最新版Service Pack 整合進核心） • 更新主機各項BIOS（主機板、 網路卡、SCIC卡） • 提供一個安全的產房（將網路線拔掉） • 進行生產（安裝作業系統） • 施打疫苗（加裝防毒軟體或防火牆） • 後天訓練（馬上進行修補） • 定時健康檢查（定時更新修補及病毒碼）
