The first five slides were set up in PowerPoint A Perspector frame was inserted in the sixth slide Using the Perspector Layouts, the three organization charts were brought together on the slide A transparent sphere with the name of the new office location was added A totally transparent box shape was added behind the sphere to form a small connection area The people to form the new team were linked using connectors to the box The background on the final slide was modified to make the slides stand out How this presentation was created
