Roles & Responsibilities Program Champion Project Leader HR/Program Manager • Project content reviewer; • Identifying assignment leaders; • Evaluating performance against key deliverables • Mentoring 2 hi-pot interns for development; • Off-program job identification; • Meaningful project provider; • On-the-job coaching; • Monitoring project progress; • Evaluating performance against key deliverables • Process owner; • Mentoring interns for development; • Identifying/hiring the right people; • Organizing performance review meeting & graduation event; • Rotation Arrangement; • On-going HR support & communication A Joint Effort to Build up A Strong Technical Pipeline

Campus Recruiting • Proposed Time: Early April • Target Universities: Fudan University & Zhejiang University • Attendee: ATC Managers & HR • Outcome Wanted: • Hiring 4 interns of a BS or Masters level for first year • Students from 2 target universities have awareness of our company branding
Internship Action Plan • Proposed Start Time: May 2012 • Duration: 6 months’ internship for 2 assignments between 2 teams for each intern • Outcome Wanted: • Projects Completed • Have 2 excellent interns to join Total Summer School in France, being our Associate Chemists after graduation • Increase the leadership and project management skill of our HPs • Company brand is well known in 2 target universities
C&B Policy • Eligibility: • You are on a 6-month internship program. • You are required to complete 2 projects in 6 months between 2 technical teams. Benefits: Bachelor: RMB80/day Master: RMB100/day Free lunch box & free shuttle bus 2 nomination to join Total Summer School in France Being our Associate Chemists after graduation
