If possible written tranlations of the papers will be issued to the audience at the beginning of the lecture. Moreover interpreters will be at the disposal of the participants. This work was first presented in digital technique as a summary of original photographs and printed material at the 40 year CMF-the Netherlands celebration in conference centre “Hydepark” Driebergen (NL), 28th of May 2005 About the author: Freerk Heule MD PhD (1948) is a graduate of Free University Medical School in Amsterdam and State University Medical School in Utrecht, now a senior dermatologist at Erasmus University Medical Center in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He was president of the PCAO/CMF- the Netherlands (1979-1995), now Honorary Member. In those years he was member of the Executive Committee of ICCP/ICMDA and was appointed Honorary Member. He prepared three ICCP/ICMDA conferences: VII Bangalore, India (1982), VIII Cancun, Mexico (1986) and IX Seoul, Korea (1990).
