This work was first presented in digital technique as a summary of original photographs and printed material at the 40 year CMF-the Netherlands celebration in conference centre “Hydepark” Driebergen (NL), 28th of May 2005 About the author: Freerk Heule MD PhD (1948) is a graduate of Free University Medical School in Amsterdam and State University Medical School in Utrecht, now a senior dermatologist at Erasmus University Medical Center in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He was president of the PCAO/CMF- the Netherlands (1979-1995), now Honorary Member. In those years he was member of the Executive Committee of ICCP/ICMDA and was appointed Honorary Member. He prepared three ICCP/ICMDA conferences: VII Bangalore, India (1982), VIII Cancun, Mexico (1986) and IX Seoul, Korea (1990).
