Info Contributes to the feminine body shape Starts ovulation and menstrual cycle Estrogen is needed to protect the vaginal area against dryness Estrogen has an effect on bones Excessive Estrogen has been noted to create side effects such as fibroids, breasts disease, diminished sex drive, headaches, water retention and weight gain in the buttocks, thighs and stomach. Other sources of Estrogen are in non-organic beef, chicken, dairy products and eggs.
