Project organisation (1) • Regional Government Västra Götaland is the project coordinator • Deployed project team – project plan, guidelines, basic concept for all training material • Each regional government responsible for its region government and its cities (21 regions) • Cooperation with different GIS associations, National Land Survey, Association of Cities etc.

  4. Project organisation (2) • Each region is responsible for their own activities • The specific prerequisites for each region should be considered – will affect the project organisation in the region • The central project team has an advisory role to the regions additional to the central planning role
