  3. Heutige Situation - Software • 3 * IBM AFS 3.6 DB Server unter AIX 4.3.3 • 5 * IBM AFS 3.6 Fileserver unter AIX 4.3.3 und AIX 5.2 • Clients • OpenAFS for Windows 1.3.8xxx • OpenAFS RedHat rpm 1.2.13 • IBM AFS 3.6 für AIX 4.3.3 AFS Workshop

Heutige Situation - Volumes • 26.000 home volumes (home.<user>) • 50-1000 MB • 150 Web-Volumes (www.<institut>) • 500 MB • Mit jeweils 3 RO Kopien • 100 Projekt-Volumes (home.<user>.<projekt>) • Bis zu 10 GB • Eigentümer muss die Gruppenrechte verwalten (<user>:<projekt>) • Tägliche Erstellung von .backup • Sicherung via butc ins TSM AFS Workshop
