Job card verification. • Construction of C.C. road at Badadural Muster roll verification. • The Construction of C.C. road at Badadural village of Khoirput Block was taken up under NREGS for over all improvement of internal village roads to avoid un-hygienic condition being prevailed over long time. The total executed length of the road is 500 Mtr benefiting about 370 poulation of the village. About 1500 man days was generated during the construction of road. The estimated cost of the project was Rs 5.00 Lakhs. The work was praised by the NLM during his inspection and expressed his satisfaction over execution of the work as well as maintenance of Muster Roll, Job Card entry and other related records. The road was constructed at the Badadural village which is located at the toe of the hill to provide the connectivity to scattered hamlets of tribal. Being a difficult area and away from the main land the transportation of the material were difficult. However with the active participation and interest of the tribal & PRI Members the work would be completed successfully. About 1500 man days were utilized for completion of the project. Due care has been taken at all the worksite to provide medical aid, drinking water facility, shade, crèche as per the guideline of MGNREGA for the welfare of the workers during the working hours 2 • Muster roll verification.

P: - GoudagudaName of the Project:- Excavacation of New Tank at MasagudaEstimate Cost: - Rs. 5.00 Lakh No Community Tank is available in village Masaguda, due to want of tank the villagers were suffering a lot. The villagers resolved in the Palli sabha to construct a new tank at Masaguda. 110 Nos of House Holds resides in this village. In the Gram Sabha the Project was passed under NREGS. 52 numbers of Job Card holders were engaged in the excavacation of tank work at Masaguda. 33 Job Card holders got hundred days work and wage and the villagers got on new tank. The tank is used for bathing purpose, drinking facilities for animals, Agriculture & Pisciculture . The villagers are very happy now.

  10. There was a narrow link road between Manyamkond RD Road to MPV-36. Accordingly the villagers of MPV-36 had demanded for improvement of this road for permanent solution for their easy communication.The villagers made a resoulation to improve the road from RD Road to MPV-36 village under NREGS- 2009 – 10. The same proposal has been passed in Palli Sabha at GP Level. Accordingly a project for Imp. Of road has been kept for their easy communication. A 1950 mtr. road was improved with involvement of villagers generating 4650 mandays under NREGS. Now the road has improved, to move freely without any hurdles.   14. Total 45 Nos of Formation roads has been taken up in 2009-10 in between them the formation road from Bodaguda to Kotapalli (4KM) having Estt. Cost 19.80 which is selected in pallisabha has been sanctioned and approved by DPC Malkangiri. It Creates communication between two states i.e Orissa and Chatisgarh. This work has been started on dated 15/09/2009and 12.53 Lakhs has been utilized till the end of financial year in which wage & Material component is 9.63 and 2.90 Lakhs. Total 8025 Mandays has been created in the project in which wage payment is made by post office. It provides easy access to the GP head quarter to the 4 revenue villages and benefited more than 400 Nos of Peoples

The beneficiary Sri Jayaram Nali S/o Gopi of Bandhaguda under Chaulamendhi GP of Mathili Block, being a BPL family and small farmer has been allotted a Mo Pakhari with unit cost of Rs 0.50 thousand out of MGNREGS funds in 2009-10. In order to provide water facility for multi use. Out of this projects 406 mandays has been generated and 18 nos of job seekers have got wage employment. The workers including family members of the benificiaries have employed for minimum 12 to max 24 days which added Rs 2400/- to Rs 3400/- family income. Cost of benefit: The beneficiary having 2 acrs of land applied for a Mo Pakhari in his own land. Accordingly Collector Cum DPC Malkangiri has sanctioned it in his favour following the recommendation of GP through Panchayat Samiti Mathili he has excavated this pond with 25 Mtr X 20 Mtr X 3 Mtr with rainy water harvesting in future use. The MO POKHARI water will also be used in vegetable cultivation soon after the harvesting season is over and protection of standing kharif crops during drought like situation in future. So the farm pond will be more beneficial and help full in addition of extra income to his family

Name of the Project: Excavation of New Tank at Gudumpadar Est Cost: 5.00 Lakhs Exp: 1.5 Status: In Progress To Save the standing crop through tank irrigation as well as to supplement some additional income through pisciculture, a wide range programme has been taken up under MGNREGS scheme. In the village Gudumpadar where 250 house holds are residing, there is no irrigation facilities like permanent nallah , river, community tank MIP etc. where people can get assured irrigation facility. There is no feasibility for community irrigation in that village. To over come this difficulty and to provide earnings to local labourers one project i.e excavation of tank with an estimated cost of Rs 5.00 Lakhs under MGNREGS has been taken up during the year 2009-10 with generating 6200 mandays. Now the tank is being utilized for irrigation , fishery and bathing purpose by the villagers. The Job seekers are very much happy for to got the job Employment for Excavation of tank.

  24. Block : Mathili, G.P: Ambaguda This formation of road from PWD road to Burudiguda with 2 Nos C.D works under Ambaguda GP of Mathili block with estimated cost of Rs. 7.90 Lakhs has bee sanctioned by the Collector-Cum-DPC Malkangiri under MGNREGA 2009-10 following the demand of local people in the path slab. This moorum surface road with 1400 meter length has been started on dated 25.11.2009 and completed on date 24.03.2010 which generated 10605 Mandays 10605 Nos unskilled labourers out of 192 job seekers families of village Phatakaguda, Durkaguda have got wage employment minimum 30 to maximum 95 days employment has been provided to workers to which added Rs 2100 to Rs 12600 to their family income. All whether communication facility to about 500 population of village Burudiguda and Durkaguda has been provided and connected with G.P head quarter. New PHC/ CHC Mathili and block Office. As a result basic welfare service to the community of this locality is improved.

District Sports Complex is planned under SGRY /NFFWP and convergence with BRGF scheme with an estimated cost of Rs 302.00 Lakhs to Harman the potential to the tribal students especially in Archery ,Cricket, Huckey & Foot Ball . The Sprts Complex/Stadium has been taken up to encourage the budding personals to excel in the State and National Sports arena
