  3. Bixby Rd. and Winchester Pike Area • The immediate area around Bixby Rd. and Winchester Pike has a Zillow.com walkability score of 12/100. I suggest adding a bikepath or a sidewalk to stores at Gender Rd and 33 or to connect with paths to the north/south. • We have had issues with teenagers not having an outlet, since there is not a park or stores with sidewalks (note that Waffle House, or the county, is expanding the sidewalk on Winchester Pike, but additional sidewalk is still required to travel to shops at Winchester Crossing) • The population of the area is increasing along with traffic. • Wright/Shannon/Ebright is currently being used as a Pickerington shortcut to Winchester Pike. If an interchange goes in it will greatly increase traffic on Brice/Bixby. • This is an area of concern for my community. We would like to see a dedicated left-hand turn lane added at South Bend which is the entrance to the Essex Place Development.
