  3. Estimated Project Cost is $2.5M Proposed spend to mitigate risks: 2015 - $631K to upgrade 59 2010 models 2016 - $638K to upgrade 45 remaining 2010 models plus all 2011 and 2012 units 2017 - $590K to upgrade all 2009 models 2018 - $646K to upgrade all 2008 & 2007 models
