Greece’s Capital City • Greece is located in southern Europe, bordering the Aegean Sea, Ionian Sea, and the Mediterranean Sea. It also borders Albania and Turkey. The capital city of Greece is Athens.
Greek Cuisine • Moussaka- This is a baked dish made with sliced eggplant, lean ground beef, onions, tomatoes, butter, eggs, milk, cheese and seasonings. It is the national dish of Greece.
Greek Cuisine • Pilafi- fluffy rice simmered in butter, spices, and rich chicken stock.
