Slavery Disclosure OrdinanceArticle 15, Chapter 1, Division 10 – Los Angeles Administrative Code “The City of Los Angeles, whose citizenry includes descendants of Enslaved Persons, is entitled to full disclosure of any participation in or profits derived through Slavery by Companies seeking to do business with the City.” Fulfilling this contract requirement is simple. Complete the disclosure form and submit it prior to your contract’s execution.
