Public Services Institute: A Catalyst for Change

Public Services Institute (PSI) is a catalyst for change, founded in 1988 by Dr. Roy Church & Dr. Jeptha Carrell. It offers strategic planning, data services, community capacity building, and government collaboration through a neutral facilitation approach. With a mission to enhance organizational effectiveness, PSI provides services at little to no cost, impacting education, workforce development, economic development, and government collaboration. Partnering with renowned experts, PSI has a significant community service contribution. It collaborates with universities, non-profits, and governments to achieve common goals through quality research and facilitation.
